Episode 8: Halloween Ends

Bride of the Hootenanny! The best horror films of all time, plus some new blood that should make your movie marathons this holiday.

Welcome back, buddies!

This week brings you more thrills and chills as we conclude our spine-tingling Halloween duology with the highly anticipated discussion of our favorite horror films... OF ALL TIME!

Brace yourself for a horde of other horrifying topics: The Curse of Peter Hyams, Ted “Fat Dracula” Cruz, the J6 false flag, “terrorism,” fighting KoC (Killer of Color) Jason Vorhees (J-Vo) with Woke social workers, and why we need to bring back bullying. We also analyze the unique role of the horror genre as a mirror for changing milieus, praise the recent group of international horror directors, and lament the degradation of artistic “fidelity” as we copy copies of copies instead of going back to the source.

Notes

Eileen Eckart was nominated for an Academy Award for her role as Hortense Daigle in The Bad Seed, but she did not win.

Apollo did not sit in the correct spot and insisted on talking into the corner like he was under the spell of the Blair Witch, so his voice is lower in this episode. That will be improved in following episodes as we have called in an exorcist and taken down all of those little stick figures the Blair Witch had surreptitiously hung around the studio.

Them, and indeed a good deal of the nuclear panic and science-gone-wrong horror, was in the 50s and not the 40s.

I won’t spoil the Buddies’ top horror picks, but I will give you the list of recent horror films they endorse for your holiday movie marathons. Check ‘em out… IF YOU DARE! When Evil Lurks, Terrified, Caveat, Oddity, Late Night with the Devil, Pontypool, Dangerous Animals, Satanic Hispanics (Hammer of Zanzibar!)

Be sure to tune in next week for more Buddytastic banter, and, of course…

More ontological fan service!
